Damage Waiver
THE BOUNCE HOUSE PARTY, offers an optional 9% non-refundable damage waiver on all rental equipment. Lessee must select coverage, pay in full, and sign rental contract online and before the start of event for damage waiver to be bound. Acceptance of any and all claims that arise are based on sole discretion of TBHP. This cost covers: · Up to $250 per contract in accidental damage of an inflatable device. · Up to $400 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment. · Up to $400 per contract in wind and storm damage to properly deflated inflatables. This Damage Waiver is NOT liability insurance. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover theft, vandalism, silly string, misuse and/or abuse. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. TBHP will bill for any and all missing equipment at new replacement cost and loss of rental time.
