Exhausted from making costly decisions by listening to other party rental owner’s advice, we learned one important lesson. No business is the same. After hearing horror stories from many business owners, and seeing the turnover rate in the industry, Joe and Michael took matters into their own hands, opted to create standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and provide customers with a tailored approach to growing their company.
